Images & Media
My images look blurry.
Ensure you are uploading high-resolution images. For banners, we recommend 1920px width. Also, check the "Image Ratio" setting in the section—if it's set to "Square" but the image is "Landscape", it might be cropped and upscaled.
Functionality Issues
The Cart Drawer isn't opening.
First, check if you have any third-party cart apps installed that might be interfering with Sellzar's Ajax script. Then, ensure "Cart Type" is set to "Drawer" in Theme Settings.
My custom CSS isn't applying.
Make sure you aren't missing any closing braces }. Also, try adding !important to your styles to see if they are being overridden by theme defaults.
General FAQ
How do I update the theme?
Sellzar supports Shopify's native theme update system. When a new version is released:
- Go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify Admin.
- If an update is available, you will see a notification banner below Sellzar. Click Add to theme library.
- Shopify will automatically create a draft of the new version while preserving your existing custom configurations, sections, and settings.
- If you have made custom theme code modifications, those will need to be manually copied to the new version before publishing it.
