Sellzar is translation-ready. Learn how to localize your store content and manage multiple languages.

Language Editor

Shopify provides a built-in Language Editor that allows you to change every piece of text in the Sellzar theme, from button labels to checkout messages.

Where to find:

Go to Online Store > Themes > ... (Actions) > Edit content.

Adding New Languages

To sell in multiple languages, you must first add them to your store settings. Sellzar automatically detects these and displays the appropriate language selectors in the header and footer.

Markets Integration

Fully compatible with Shopify Markets for regional pricing and language routing.

RTL Support

Sellzar includes native support for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages like Arabic and Hebrew.

Default Language

The theme defaults to English (en). We provide pre-filled translation files for common languages which you can find in the locales/ folder.

Dynamic Content

Text added directly in the Theme Customizer (like section headings or descriptions) must be translated using a translation app (e.g., Translate & Adapt) rather than the Language Editor.
